CORPUS CHRISTI JUNETEENTH FESTIVAL
VENDOR INFORMATION
Sign up as a vendor for the 2024 Corpus Christi Juneteenth Festival Weekend and get your products or food items in front of an engaged (and hungry!) audience. Hurry and submit your completed Vendor Application before 5 pm on May 31, 2024, as SPACE IS LIMITED. And remember to review the Vendor Frequently-Asked Questions (FAQs).
All vendors are responsible for the appropriate licenses to sell merchandise/food in Nueces County and the City of Corpus Christi.
Vendors are responsible for their own items such as table, tent, chairs and additional lighting.
Vendors are required to adhere to CDC Guidelines - practice and encourage social distancing at your areas and sanitize accordingly.
Participation in “Corpus Christi Juneteenth Festival” requires submission of a completed registration form - Due on or Before May 31, 2024. All exhibitors, vendors and entertainers are welcome.
FACILITIES: Exhibitors shall be responsible for their own tables, chairs, awnings and tents. Space assignments will be made upon receipt of completed forms. A complete park map will be included in the vendor packet. Sunday's event will have open vending for all registered vendors. No park map will be developed.SET UP &
BREAK DOWN: We expect all exhibitors to stay for the duration of each event and only tear down when break down begins (unless you clarify hours with ONLY the vendor chair). Clean up ALL trash and leave the area with as little wear as possible. Setup times will be clarified to each vendor for each event.
PARKING: Vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking area IMMEDIATELY AFTER SET UP. Parking pass and information will be given during vendor check in. Please be advised that parking/driving on grass in City of Corpus Christi parks is prohibited by ordinance.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Event may be canceled or shortened due to inclement weather. We will send an email to all exhibitors if this is the case, so PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL & CELL NUMBER. There will be no refunds if it should rain, sleet or snow. Provisions for moving the venue may or may not be made.
GIVEAWAYS: Up to 7000 visitors are expected at this event, many of them families with children. We ask that all give-a-ways are cultural, educational and kid friendly in nature.
FEES: The TABPHE CC & Friends Committee reserves the right to disallow the sale of certain types of merchandise. NO VENDOR fees will be returned after the deadline. A $30.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
PRICING/EVENT DAYS
•NON-PROFIT, NOT-FOR-PROFIT and GOVERNMENT ENTITIES: FEE is $50.00 per booth.

•RETAIL VENDOR/EXHIBITOR FEES: FEE is $100.00 per booth/per event.

•FOOD TRUCKS/FOOD VENDORS: FEE is $200.00 per space.

THE CORPUS CHRISTI JUNETEENTH FESTIVAL IS A 3 DAY/WEEKEND EVENT. VENDOR SPACE IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT THE SATURDAY, JUNE 15TH PARK EVENT UNLESS YOU RECEIVE AN INVITATION TO VEND AT ANOTHER EVENT DURING THE 10 DAYS OF JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS.
